Free 15 Minute Consultation
After booking your appointment, the process begins with a free 15 minute consultation online or via phone. We will discuss your specific alteration requirements and a preliminary estimate (including concierge fees) is provided, where a deposit is required prior to your at-home fitting. Our mobile concierge fitting and pickup/delivery pricing is based on mileage, location, and garment quantity, which will be discussed during your free 15 minute consultation.

At-Home Fitting
& Measurements
Our master tailor arrives to your door. Your requested alterations are discussed, and the fitting process begins. We take precise measurements to ensure a seamless fit and pin to perfection. Our master tailor does a final inspection of the garments, your alteration quote is finalized & your garments are taken to our studio where each stitch is sewn with care and precision.

Expert Tailoring
at our Studios
Our professionals perform the intricate work at our studios. Your garment takes shape through hours of detailed draping, cutting, and hand-sewing. We utilize artisan techniques to achieve the desired outcome, resulting in a flawless transformation. Once the transformation is completed, we conduct a final quality check. Your garments are then pressed, packaged and ready for delivery.

A Final Fitting
at your doorstep
Our team contacts you to schedule a delivery at your convenience. Once our master tailor arrives, a final fitting is completed where we ensure everything meets your expectations. Your alteration payment is then finalized and your garment is ready for immediate wear.
